Think about it, we can internalize the past, present, and future in one thought. I know I have suffered, I know I am suffering, and I know I will suffer. That is a lot for a sentient being to bare. I HATE it, I hate knowing this is my life and I hate that I was brought into existence to experience pain and agony.
