Pic is the best way I find to avoid rotting all day. Getting a good night's sleep is essential to prevent an attitude in the morning that'll just force you to watch videos in bed until noon.

Honestly they should teach about these things in school, why doesn't everyone take these to regulate their sleep cycle? Also the dreams are really intense, I think that I graped at least 2 foids last night in my head.

Yes, this normie advice seems to be quite effective. I take everyday 5 mg of melatonin before 11 PM/23 and I began going sleep regularly. And it really can help.

5mg, that's like prescription grade. The best you can hope for here is 1.8 mg. Anyhow this isn't normie advice, wish I knew about this 5 years ago in highschool. But you see my parents were fucking brutal naturalists and they believe that big pharma is the devil and shieeet.

Well you need to at least close your eyes and larp as if you sleep. These tabeltes don't put you to sleep they just artificially induce that sensation that allows you to go to sleep.
 
I wish there was a wonder drug against me having to wake up nearly every hour to go to pee. My doctor even said the medical issue i have usually is something only old people 50+ have
 
Yeah, I take 1-4 mg melatonin every day. It really improve my sleep.
