It's silly to think having to approach girls is a problem. If you live in a location which is a particularly hypergamous hell, or somewhere with a higher concentration of Chads, then that's obviously going to make it harder. On the other hand though, if you live in the middle of nowhere, your dating pool in going to be far smaller, and playing some sort of numbers game isn't really going to be as possible, so that absolutely works both ways.
