So far 1.5 months into my 8 month ascension plan I have:
+decreased inhi from 9/10 to 4/10
+improved conversing ability
+reduced anxiety
+improved posture
+fashionmaxed with respect to my frame (very important)

Ongoing project:
+gymcelling with focus on androgen dense regions. V taper ect. Under counsel of @Bagelcel ( Very High IQ framecel). Work on forarms. Chads typically have larger frames (wrists) so increasing forearm size will help give me that illusion. Foerarmmaxxing
+ tactical nofap for semen retention and testostosterone benefits. 1 week in currently
+mewing: putting my tongue in the correct position. Been doing this for years. Jaw has improved but may be due to puberty

New projects for the next stage
+watching normie tv shows
+listen to normie music

Thx for sharing this OP, it's actually important for me to witness actual positive strategies from other incels to escape the curse and become more manly.
