Sure, there are a few exceptions of hard-working women. But they are exactly that, exceptions. Most women however don't work nearly as hard as men. And since society coddles them so much and puts them on a pedestal, bosses and coworkers let them do whatever they want. Not that you can do anything about it, if you called them out you'd be an office pariah and they'd destroy you. Plus the law protects them.
And there's plenty of horror stories that confirm this (of course it's all anecdotal evidence,, you'll never convince a bluepiller about any of this). I spotted this one while randomly browsing reddit (of course they'd never point to the actual problem of women, they just say "Karens").
"I dont know if thats a market standard of not, but from all companies that I worked for, there was never any men working in HR. Only Karens. Who love cringy bonding "workshops". One time we had "how to handle emotions" workshops that was 4hr long. Of course only HR and marketing teams were there, because other people had work to do. Another time was "how to deal with transgender customers pronounces" - 2 hours. In the fucking B2B company that has only 40 clients and know them all well on personal level.
I'm not really sure why those departments are so big, they exist only to waste time and resources."
