I've used ASMR a handful of times, and 'tingles' is probably the only valid word for describing the kind of relaxation it gives you. I don't think it's cucked, it hits some brain triggers and relaxes you, basically making it an auditory massage. ASMR can just be the sound of crinkling paper, it doesn't have to be sexual.
