Don't know it's a hypothsis but it's worth a try and i'm willing to try anything.
My idea was to have this with the face puller add mse plus adult face incezors get that osteogensis surgery or msdo for extra width of the face.
And then use this for more forward growth to get more mandibular growth to look like this

I honestly don't remember him posting any pictures. There used to be Megathread here where users posted their pictures, but it's no longer here so I can't check if he posted his picture. However, somebody on YouTube would rate some of the guys posted there, maybe you can find that video and see if that guy was featured in it.
