They routinely turn a blind eye to reports about users who deliberately target specific demographics to sow discord, obvious trolls and race-baiters get little more than a slap on the wrist. Funnily enough, many of these non-White "mods" seem more interested in creating division among White users than doing their job moderating. It’s pathetic.
