It took 15 years before anybody even noticed that he was missing.
He had truecel appearance and was “mentally ill”, lived a socially reclusive life as a “hERmit”.
Before he was reported missing, his neighbours would bully him by putting horse manure next to his well to contaminate his watER supply. They also released their gERman shephERd dog onto his propERty to threaten him, resulting in him shooting the dog dead out of fear. He filed a lawsuit against the state for their failure in protecting him due to their failure in punishing his neighbours (their failure to create justice).
The outcome of the case, was that the judge detERmined him to be “mentally ill” (when thERe was nothing wrong with him mentally), and he was sentenced to live in a psychiatric hospital for years (aftER which he ACTUALLY BECAME mentally ill)
