The major societal difference between males and females

Sure there is a bell curve and people are different on every aspect, but there is one huge thing I noticed.

Females think of themselves as different, as unique, "not like other girls". They constantly compare themselves to others and are desperate to feel special. There is nothing worse for a female to be told she is average and unspecial in every way. Females see every other female as a competitor and hide behind a friendly mask. But you won't find a community among men more criticizing and hateful towards women than other women.

Males think of themselves more of a collective, they don't see such a big difference between them and other men. "She needs a dude, then why not me?". That's why we are more annoyed by a different response from the same female. And that's why men are better at work in general, we don't look for reasons why something is difficult or impossible because if someone did it already, so can I. That's why males are more friendly and understanding as a community.

When I say "collective" I don't mean hivemind. Not even close. By collective I mean that men don't really take into account the difference between them and other men. The life forces them to do that later, sure. But men are kinder and more understanding to other men than women are to other women. An alpha male might emphasize and help an omega male, but an alpha female will always look at omega female with disgust and it will be mutual
