The bit about eliciting looks of disgust hits close to home. It's not even a joke anymore. Some days it needs a monumental amount of courage just for me to leave the house and show my face to the world, knowing I'm going to get stared at, laughed at, smirked at and given disgusted looks.
Ugly males who are productive workers should be given the option of telecommuting since nobody we encounter out in the real world wants to look at us or deal with us anyway. It would be a mutually-beneficial arrangement. The alternative is ugly males dropping out of the workforce and becoming NEET when many of us have a lot to give to the world in spite of our unfortunate facial appearances that we had no fucking control over.

The problem is that most people in society don't even realize that they discriminate and mock ugly males. If they were told "there are ugly males who you treat like garbage daily" they would recoil and completely deny it. It's like when my sister recently vehemently denied ever calling me ugly, when I could think of 20 times when she did over the years. They so conveniently forget or show dissonance when confronted with the way they treat ugly males.

Yeah I legit almost cried from laughing so much when I first saw the OP a first time a couple of months ago.
The latter is me except the alcohol. I could die and nobody in my half of the country would notice. It's actually a common occurrence in my country that men die without it being noticed for months or years. It's not a problem for women though.
