I've tried this like 2-3 times before but I was literally thinking about porn/sex 24/7 to even notice any improvements or anything different about me.

you WILL be thinking about sex literally every couple minutes ... but you have to work out on the regular, and have to accept thinking about sex is the status quo for a male human. experiences may differ, but as i said: I can develop a real high from this cycle. maybe it is training, maybe it is an age thing, idk

Yes this is legit. Nofap for 700 days is idiotic. The ideal frequency is about once a week, if you can manage that. Even one orgasm won't bring you down much at all. You'll still be horny and energetic AF within a few hours.
