Also, for #5 how would you differentiate rape from cheating? This sounds like some middle east sharaia stuff.

Rape is very easy to find out because forced sex damages woman's insides. And if a woman is actually being raped she fights back and gets injured.

How would it be police state though? Husband would find out that his wife cheated and would record the event which would be used as evidence against her in court similar to how it already used in court at divorce. Just that this time the cheating woman would get sent to jail.

Not sure about your rape facts, I think some lube would make her insides undamaged. And external injuries =/= proof of rape.

This would be a police state because you will require a large percentage of the male population to be employed as police in order to enforce the laws you came up with. Women are hypergamous by nature, shoving them in jail for 15 years means a huge number of inmates at any given time. And women knowing they are risking jail time will not stop them from cheating it will just make them more likely to frame others or murder to cover their tracks.

Laws like these are what prevents mass rapes because at least 5% of men would at some point rape a woman if they did not fear the law. That is why during wars women get raped on large scale. And just like you do not have 30 million rapists in Europe you would not have many cheaters.

Just like outlawing drugs prevents drug use, outlawing infidelity will result in a similar crisis

Did you not read the rape part? Such laws already work and have worked for a very long time.

Drug crisis is different for two reasons:
1.In most countries drug users are not treated as criminals just the drug pushers
2. Most drug pushers never get caught or receive short sentences

All crimes become less common when you face 15 years instead of 3.
