Well I mean yea getting a house will be a thing for the elites and foids always need chad to make so much more money every passing year get ready for the middle class to dissolve and this problem becomes even worse with late stage capitalism.

Nah its much more like:

If foids weren't so hypergamous they would just choose a nice hard working guy and live with him. Marry, have kids, and live in a house.

Instead a guy has to be over 6ft tall, successful stable career, and good looking just to be in the running.
Anything short of that and he will struggle or be completely left out altogether.
