Don't give shit about your weight but occasionally go jogging or lifting just so it doesn't get excessive enough to become a problem.
Exercise too can be a good cope if combined with good music.

Play the shit out of the greatest games that exist. You live in a time where everything is available on the internet for free if you know how.
Try out many genres and look to which you gravitate. I love RPGs and strategy games, but also survival horror and shooter.

Enjoy the best movies, anime, literature, manga and music in existence and become truly sophisticated.

Knowledge too can be a good cope. Read about history, philosophy, physics, astronomy etc... fascinating shit and makes you forget your shitty life.

The mistfortune of normies too can be a good cope. Watch gore or read about cucks and simps doing retarded things and laugh.

Enjoy drugs and alcohol but don't overdo it. As always with hedonism: rotate. That way everything stays fresh.
