Blackpill The Healthpill: An ignored beast

Agepill, baldpill, NTpill, heightpill, there are quite a few blackpill branches that are brutal, but one that is not talked much about is the horrific healthpill.

For me, the healthpill means the lack of decent health, having chronic health issues, having to take meds daily just to keep your body functioning on a decent level, healthpill also includes mental health for all the brocels that have been diagnosed as schizoids, autism, BPD, mania, bipolar, etc.

Until a month ago i had a decent good health for an incel, all of that was taken from me by a viral infection, almost died on octuber and now having to take heart meds for life alongside restrictions on diet, activity levels, inmune system also went haywire so when i get sick, its far longer and worse, a brutal part of the healthpill is that the incel life promotes a severe degradation of your organism, has evidenced by countless studies that prove being a social failure is far worse than smoking a pack of cigs a day.

Turning into a chronichealthcel out of nowhere was brutal for me and made me reconsider a shit ton of things on life, its an extremely brutal pill and i hope most brocels never come close to it, bad genes usually come in packages tho, so may this be a warning for all of you too, NEVER TAKE YOUR HEALTH FOR GRANTED (if you have any)

I used to train for strongman competition, I was so fat I maxxed out the scale but I was also strong.

Then I became horribly ill for a year and a half and lost all my gains permanently, all that time gymcelling wasted. Now it's like I've never even stepped foot in a gym, that's how weak I am

I've vented about it here many times but people don't seem to think it's that bad (it is)

I get you brother, people that haven't experienced severe illness that does permanent damage to your body cant relate at all, its a brutal experience that truly makes you understand how little control you have

Health pill can be avoided by eating healthily (non processed meats and vegetables / fruit) and going for walks like you're naturally supposed to do. Goyslop is pushed in your face though. At a supermarket every single thing in there is bad for you, even the supposed healthy things are covered in chemicals.

I sit a lot. But I have canes to get around my yard. In town I lean on stuff a lot.
