It would so ridiculously expensive even to create one designer foid for every man on the planet. Let alone a thousand.
Research alone would cost so much. The foid needs to meet certain physical specifications, and not just for surface-level characteristics such as bone structure, facial structure, muscle mass, hair color, eye color, height, et cetera. You want to maintain your return on investment, so you must be sure the designer foid you create is absent of any risk factors for cancer, heart disease, eye disease, intellectual disabilities, language difficulties, severe allergies, et cetera.
So after years of sequencing, testing, and CRISPR you know the exact genotype of the "ideal" foid. Great, now you need to insert that genetic material into a blastocyst and someone -- or something -- needs to carry it to term.
Now someone needs to raise that foid, and not in a sloppy manner -- you can't just throw a newborn in a cage and wait 18 years for it to grow into a Stacy. You're going to need to provide good medical care, a nutritionist, and a trainer for any clone that you create for the purpose of providing sexual satisfaction, because you want that clone to remain in good physical condition.
Your idea would bankrupt society. Each clone would cost millions.
Building advanced sex robots would be an order of magnitude cheaper. Plus, robots can be replaced very easily when you get bored of them.
