Not correct. You can't do anything, you need a Sharia court for this. Vigilante justice is impermissible in Islam. Also, for any accusation, you need four witnesses. In the case of premarital sex/cheating, the penetration has to be seen by these four witnesses, otherwise you don't have a legal case and therefore a sentence would not happen.
