This is true. Even if the sex split was 50/50, the casualties would be 75% male, at least. Of course, we'll never get to see this played out for the same reasons that. Women would be protected from the most dangerous roles and situations, their male colleagues would risk their asses protecting them, and the enemy would treat them better and take them as rape prizes (as opposed to killing or torturing them). And of course it would lead to an even greater preoccupation and elevation of the crime of rape above objectively much worse crimes.
