The Exercise Self-Deception

For many years, I exercised like it was my job.
I have done some very challenging programs, out of books like The Complete Guide to Navy SEAL Fitness, The Special Ops Workout and The USMC Recon Workout.

I clowned the average gym goer. Thinking that they were really working out, when they were really just getting started.

I had the body of a fitness model out of a magazine.

But…..you know what?
I never got even one girlfriend.
I’ve never even been on a date.

Nothing can compensate for being mentally ill.

I’m not saying that exercise is bad.
I’m just saying that a schizophrenic cannot exercise their way out of inceldom.
