25, seems like a reasonable time when a man's prime is almost ending, though 30 when it's already over is a good suggestion too.

Realistically though, if you're an adult and don't have pre-existing mental conditions I believe you should be able to voluntarily euthanize yourself pewpew.

Eh, yeah we don't know exactly what's waiting at the end. Alternatively, it could be eternal paradise so who knows, I doubt the concept of hell is actually real (it didn't even exist in the original Bible in its popular depiction) pewpew.
