That's the whole feminist agenda, the whole point of modern feminism is to scare and mock ugly men into not even bothering to approach women, leaving the door of approaching open to Chad only.
It's a stupid argument. Liberals make it because they are narrow-minded autistics (see Johnathan Haidt's work on moral "tastes") who can only think in terms of personal autonomy and individual liberty. So to them the idea that someone is "entitled" to love, sex or a relationship is BIGOTED AND RAPEY because it implies that some person is compelled to provide that love, sex or relationship against their organic wishes. Liberals are shallow and incurious thinkers, more concerned with snarking their way to a comfortable and bourgeois self-identity than with understanding the world they live in.
In reality, what the rise of inceldom points out is brokenness on a societal level. It should be relatively easy for a person of the appropriate age to find friendship, sex, love and a lasting romantic relationship. Those things are central to the continuation of the human species, of course, and also to individual human lives having a sense of fulfilment. Those relationships also form the synapses for more abstract social dynamics and processes. Without them, people turn in on themselves and become narcissistic outcasts who can be of no benefit to their community or family. If these relationships become rare, dysfunctional or distorted in their purpose then it is both a sign and accelerator of societal or sub-societal collapse.

If no one is entitled to sex, then I guess women would not have any problem with being forced to stay virgins instead of fucking alpha chads.
