I'm currently out of the country and from what I've seen I stand by my opinion that Toronto women are some of the worst women in the world.

1. Public transit:
-----Toronto woman - sits at the opposite end of the subway/TTC car...will not even move, act like you exist, ever attempt to look in your direction, or ever catch your glance when you are looking in her direction.
-----Other/European woman - Even very pretty women won't hesitate to sit/stand right next to you without trying to make you feel like a creep or privileged for being near her. You will meet eyes with many women/girls while you are innocently looking around. Sometimes you will feel self-conscious because you are used to being surrounded by Toronto female ****heads.

2. Saying something stupid or semi-funny:
-----Toronto woman - looks at you like you crapped your pants
-----Other/European woman - smiles/laughs

3. Restaurant or other seating establishment:
-----Toronto woman - sits as far away and out of sight from good men as possible. Will not ever glance in your direction. Not in the least curious, just like the general uninterested and uninteresting Toronto personality.
-----Other/European woman - sits at the table right next to you even if there's few or no other people in the establishment. You can kind of sense they are curious about you.

4. Sidewalk:
-----Toronto - actively avoids any gaze, will turn their head shortly before approaching your direction on the sidewalk.
-----Other/European woman - will glance back if you're looking at her. Won't play passive-aggressive avoidance games.
