I'm sure a lot of us watched this Disney film from 1942 growing up as toddlers or whatever.

I remember how Bambi meets Faline when they're young and then later they become a couple as adults.
You might recognize some similarities to how Clarice behaves to the eponymous Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer in the 1964 Rankin Bass special.

This is sort of like the introduction to bluepill thinking because all the main characters get girlfriends. Not just the chad MC but even his bunny/skunk friends Thumper/Flower



It's actually pretty blackpilled because as soon as they get GFs I remember Thumper/Flower basically just abandoning/ignoring their best friend once they ascended and got oneitis for their looksmatch.

Also pretty blackpilled because Faline acts like she's unhappy going off with Bambi's rival as he pushes her away but she really doesn't put up much of a fight, basically wanting the two bucks to fight for her entertainment to prove who gets to fuck her. Does she really think if she fought back he's going to spear her with antlers or something?

Thinking about this kinda makes me sad because they found such happiness and it feels like I'm not likely to experience the culmination of twitterpation.

Hitler hated that Disney touched this film, he banned Bambi in Germany or good reason, children should not be exposed to Bambi tbh
