I think that's just the women who work at the studio and the picture didn't include the men. Regardless that's WAY too many women to work in a game development studio for sure. But it explains why the game appears to be so cucked in pre-release material so far.
This just seems like it was just a woman only photoshoot for the studio. I'm sure most of them work in HR, marketing, or as secretaries and that's it.

I never played any game from ubisoft except far cry 3. They have every single game which looks the same.
