They are covertly telling you that they are successful with females, by not actually telling you they are successful with females. Even if they are not actually attractive to females, it is therapeutic and rewarding for them to tell others about their apparent high dating success. So many normies spread the bluepill, but never actually use it in practice since it is pretty much useless. Humans get off to the idea of being superior to others, and the bluepill is an excellent way for males to assert their dominance without actually asserting their dominance directly.
