It's genuinely a shame what happened to mobile games. They went from shit like the Executive, Kick the Buddy, Pizza Vs. Skeletons, Monument Valley (foid-coded and trans-coded game thoughbeit), Earn to Die, Cut the Rope, Doodle Jump, which were either on the level of a decently good Flash/web game or better, to endless chink slop, soulless multiplayer bullshit, EPI twerk niggerfaggotry slapped together in Unity, 100000 Clash of Clans clones, 10000000000 Candy Crush clones, etc. All the good mobile games nowadays are paid ports or (also paid) exceptions to the rule, like the stuff on Apple Arcade. It is insane how much freemium business models destroyed mobile's potential, and possibly helped make make gaming as a whole worse for the forseeable future (though our beloved DEI didn't help much in that regard either). Then again, maybe Flash's slow demise also had something to do with how shitty mobile games became, or maybe somehow media in general has become cursed to be shitty, though hopefully that'll change...some day

It appeals to Sea monkeys without PC, it's free and runs like shit. As for the gameplay It's a super dumbed down and simpler league. One match can last in 5-10 mins. Some of the Heroes notably the simple to use ones/low tier are one shot busted, however the heroes that require higher skill are toned down with their damage. There are no variety of characters 90% of them are all just bishounen and some anime girl. However there are some real unique creative Heroes that League lacks miserably notably Fanny, Gusion, Wanwan and Novaria are great examples.
