The same diet we're fed is what the Greeks & Romans used to feed their slaves: Tons of veg, grain, etc. to keep us soy & subservient

Though tbf, dairy, poultry, fish, and also even fruit or nuts are good to eat

The ultimate diet is what early humans ate (after discovering fire): Meat (most of their diet) + NON-SWEET fruits (look up what bananas looked like before selective breeding) and nuts (very infrequently)

Fish and poultry is meat

Anything else is poison

No, eggs & milk will be good for you also especially raw milk since pasteurizing it removes enzymes, nutrients, etc.

This isn't exactly true. When people say "bread" and "carbs" their referring to simple carbohydrates, packed full of added sugar and HFCS and shit. Yes, that is unhealthy. What isn't is stuff like Ezekial bread, Oatmeal (yes, I know about the pesticide, but I have my reasons for still eating it) and Sweet potatoes, and fruits. These, on the other hand are much healthier then their shitty counterparts. Objectively, these have value and I think getting a balanced diet is better then not.

Eggs are good but were an opportunistic food, early humans didn't keep chickens, only ate eggs when found in nests

Same with dairy, and cow's milk especially isn't good for adult humans, goat milk is somewhat better

I used to believe that for a long time, but I've come to the ultimate conclusion that carnivore diet is objectively the best, despite being morally and environmentally unfortunate

Do you actually believe a diet consisting of lean unprocessed natural red/fish/bird meat cooked without any vegetable oil is not healthy but a diet consisting of grains, starch, seed oil, artificially bred sugary fruits, soy and mashed potatoes is

I honestly dont know. The proof is in the pudding as they say. Did practioners of said diet actually take before and after blood samples and prove that the diet is actually healthy? I mean there are thousands of voices promoting this diet but zero before and after videos or blogs, so who knows? For all we know this is just the current "hype" by "bros" massaging each other egos or it could be the real deal.

Causation is not necessarily a correlation. Trans fats and smoking contribute to it.

Milleniums of vegetarian diet consumed by currys made them genetically inferior. Curryland have highest incidence of type 2 diabetes, iron and b12 deficiency, skinny fat, low muscle mass, low bone density, shorter frame, etc.

Dont get me wrong, I am not saying that its bad or good, I am just saying people talk and swear its the best diet and I say "sure why not, it could actually be true" , "did you do blood work to prove it that cholesterol is not high, trigylceride fats are low" and they say "no"!. Do you understand now? For now they just talking out their asses


I mean come on dude, here in Germany that blood test doesnt even cost more than 30€ and thats the full heart health blood test and they will even throw in diabetes blood test and some few extras for free

I wasn't referring specifically to a carnivore diet. Carnivore includes hunting and killing for meat but all they do is going to the butcher shop and purchasing meat full of additives and hormones. People who eat lots of bread and grains also have elevated blood results.

Yes this a proven fact. Processed carbs are packed with energy which is converted directly into glucose sugar. Eventually insulin functioning is overwhelmed and collapses. Processed breads also contain corn syrups, sugar syrups, which also lead to diabetes and heart disease fast.

I wont argue against that beacuse its fact. Whole grain breads is actually not bad though in moderation

It's really just any processed food with preservatives that's the real problem. Fruits and vegetables are fine as long as you buy them whole and raw. Meat is fine as long as you don't fry it. Don't buy any food that's been processed in any way. If it comes in a bag, or box, or a can then avoid it because Jews have their greasy hands are all over it. Avoid all fast food and junk. Cook all your own meals at home. Don't eat the goyslop the Jews advertise, it's poison. If it has a commercial and a nutrition label then it's made by Jews and is designed to make you sick and addicted.

Fried meats are bad for cholesterol? Wouldnt that mean that grilled meat is also bad? I mean you use oil or fat to fry the meat and in the oven meat will also have its own fat that will also be heated to high temperatures and "fry" the meat so to speak.

I'm pretty sure frying anything in any kind of oil isn't great, and seed oils make it a lot worse. Bad stuff happens to the food when it gets crispy and in the presence of hot oil.

Combustion of all kinds is not good for you either. Anything black and charred is a carcinogen. Pan fry or baking is probably best in terms of healthy ways to cook meat, just don't burn the fuck out of it. I use an air fryer now for steak, wings, and fries, it uses less oil and it's more like baking.
