It depends on the surgery/surgeon. Stuff like botox you can‘t unsee most of the time, thats right, but Chin/Jaw implants, eye-lid surgery, eyebrow lift, fat grafting, nosejob and even orbital rim implants look natural when a good surgueon does it.

Look at Kylie Jenner for example. She had a shitton of surgeries done, but the only noticeable are her botox lips.
