before the blackpill i couldnt care less about self improvement or looksmaxxing because i always thought some foid would come along some day and society doesnt care about looks but "its all on the inside"; that all i needed to do was just be a good boy and i would be rewarded for my behaviour. all i did was LDAR, sleep and eat all day and i got very fat, had shit tier hygiene and made no progress in life. boy how wrong i was... after swallowing the blackpill i realise that almost everything in life is determined by looks. this pushed me to getting my gym license, losing 20kg of fat and getting special creams to clear my acne. i also started taking care of my hygiene more and started nofap. now its been about half a year since i started this journey but i already feel like a much better person.
