Sure you could literally torture them, break their kneecaps, to an extent I think if you go too far bullying someone, then it allows the victim to claim martyrdom status, they will obtain spiritual warmth from being a justified victim and be able to reason their punishment as some kind of spiritual path that challenges them.
That's why I think the best bullies just straight up harass you. You don't assault your victim, you push them, throw a milk carton at them, call them a chink, tell them to go back to their country, you steal their stuff, you trip them, you spread rumors about them, you post video essays about them on social media. And you do it in a way where the harassment is plausible deniability.
