You must commit to being a good actor. Pretty much once you leave high school you are going to end up somewhere that no one knows your past. Whether that's college or a job, people don't know anything about you, so you can make things up.

Whenever I end up with a conversation with normies, I just repeat normie memes. Just the other day I was at an event and a normie from my high school was there too. He spoke to me as we had spoken before and he was talking about the weight he had put on in college. I said something like, "yeah man that happens when you turn 21 and can buy beer." He really appreciated my normie meme comment and acted like I was a bro until we had to split.

Now I have never drank and I have never had a girlfriend, but I talk like I have around people because that is what normal people do. It has made my life tremendously easier. People might be able to see through me, but I have never been called out on it. It's not that difficult to pretend you are normal, and it will make things much easier for you.
