During WW2, after veterans returned home: the GI bill was passed, which pretty much guaranteed that anyone who was subhuman who fought in the war.

We have an issue today where our ugly ancestors bred with ugly, normal, or Chad/Stacy status partners; this coupled with arranged marriage is the reason why so many subhumans exist today.

Then there’s the problem of people waiting until they’re older to have kids or not starting a family whilst they’re in the prime, this causes mutations leading to more subhumans.

I want to break the cycle of subhumanity and make sure I don’t ever get anyone pregnant (if I ever ascend, which is unlikely), and judging someone based off “personality” will just make more subhumans.
