The city has always been the headquarters of the Jew; New York, Paris, London, Amsterdam. They probably eat more animal products. The diet that has been pushed on people in the modern west (lots of fiber, very little animal products, nearly no meat) is really unhealthy. Some nutritionists go as far to say that you can get by just fine without any animal products in your diet which is bullshit.
