I'm almost 28 but still look like when I was 18.... and I looked 16 back then. But I look very strange. Weird head, features not defined at all, and medically deformed (missing facial bones and wrong proportions). Many of my facial features are different to what is normal in terms of shape, proportion and symmetry. But I guess I'm an exception to the rule. All these factors I listed, together, just make me look extremely strange, I get a lot of curious looks.

You don't seem to know what this word means.
27 isn't old. It's young. You aren't an exception, your physical collapse is just beginning. 27 is actually the end of youth. 16-26 is youth, the platinum decade. 27 to early 30s is stoppage time. Then the brutal decline kicks in.
All true but what I was trying to say is, I look very strange regardless. I don't look masculine at all and I'm deformed. But I guess I don't look "old". I have a very abnormal head and features (as implied by CT reports, and seen on the outside if one looks at me)

HTN 40 year old has the sexual value of a corpse. Baldness can be easily fixed with a hair transplant or fake hair these days. There's no fix for ageing. He had beautiful skin when he was young, now he's a wrinkled old prune. He looks like his ugly Father. When he was young, he looked like his attractive Mother (who died young). That's ageing. Look at your parents, that's what you'll start to look like in 5-10 years, then you'll get uglier every day for the next 50 years, until you die.
I remember this girl, the sister of my friend. She got hot during puberty. By 19 she already looked like her ugly, fat Mum (and she wasn't even fat). Life isn't worth living after a third of the way through, even if you're blessed with decent looks. It's just so brutal. We aren't supposed to live this long.
