Well if the numbers get bad enough and there are lots more men who can't get any woman then there might be a revolution due to collapse of society as more men opt out of participating or some smart people might realize that monogomous marriage worked best for society before and work towards reversing the hypergamy of recent years.

However, this figure includes rape, government enforced monogamy, and “settling.” If we exclude such factors and leave the choice entirely to women, 80:20 would be right on the mark, if not something closer to 80:10. A 95/5 rule as OP proposes is ludicrous now, but in 2020-2030, even a 99/1 rule wouldn't surprise me.
