If you find that you exit out accidentally often, you can change Chrome to start off where you left off so closing out of a window doesn’t close tabs. Only downside to that is you have to exit out of each tab individually instead of closing all with the x in the top right. Also, Ctrl+shift+T opens up closed tabs and it can open up closed windows if you configure it so

Edit:I forgot, but ctrl+shift+w actually closes all tabs simultaneously so there isn’t much of a downside to having chrome never exit out your tabs
