The header is wrong and just needs updating. It's to do with the "Ask an Incel" section. Much like how you can get "solved" questions on other sites for certain topics. Those user's posts will have been the ones that were chosen as the accepted answer

Tbh, that side section will probably end up being removed anyway because it's superfluous on the pages that it shows up.
