Guys, let me introduce to you Textured Vegetable Protein, or TVP.
TVP is a byproduct of soybean oil extraction; in essence, flakes of pure defatted soy.
At less than $5 per pound, TVP more than doubles in volume and weight when cooked. It is richer in micronutrients than meat of all kinds while having a similar protein-to-calorie ratio to chicken breast and next to no saturated fat, and zero trans fat. It has a complete amino acid profile.
Soyboy memes aside, TVP is far less estrogenic than meat and dairy, as it lacks the mammalian female hormones found in both, dairy especially. (Contrary to popular belief, phytoestrogens do not mimic mammalian estrogens in humans.)
Unlike meat, it is dry in its uncooked form, meaning it can be stored safely in the pantry indefinitely, while meat can only last a few days in the refrigerator, and degrades when frozen, especially when stored improperly.
It is also far simpler and faster to prepare. When you add one part TVP to one part water in a bowl, it only needs a few minutes in the microwave to cook fully. Compare this to meat, which has to be warmed to room temperature before cooking if uneven cooking is to be prevented. You can add whatever flavorings you like. Flour can act as a binding agent to give the TVP a more meat-like consistency. It can also be added to soups and stews with little to no effort.
TVP is based and blackpilled, ideal for the low drive and small budget of the average incel. Any incel without an irrational soy phobia should try TVP. (And I recommend any incel who does get over it. Most prepackaged food contains soy, anyway.)
