You might be right. A lot of sound engineers saying that microphones miss frequencies, etc. That's probably why my voice sounds so monotone in recordings. They say that mics, especially usb mics (like the one I'm using) are shit. Many people do sound quite different on skype. I hope you're right. I have a deep voice. When I have a cold my voice is very deep. People turn around and look at me when I speak in class while I have a cold. Wish I always had that voice. A commanding voice.
