Blackpill Teethgrindingpill, anyone have taken that before?

Went to dentist today to get my braces removed, she(a noodle) said i need a pair of nightgard due to my teeth grinding. When i questioned about her decision she basically told me that 9 out of 10 people grinds their teeth at night, she can see the grind marks on my teeth and the reason i only know i do that until now is bc im inkwell.
