The soycuck talks about foids having more competence, humility and integrity in leadership roles. He says it's because men are "toxically masculine" and get into "scandals". Funny he conveniently brushes the scandals of hilary clinton, ilham omar, and queen elizabeth under the rug to help spin his false narrative. The male scandals he's talking about wouldn't even be considered scandals if women leaders did the same.
Anyone who's not an idiot knows men are more intelligent and competent in leading roles, they actually have to earn their positions most the time and don't get it because of female affirmative action. There are plenty of women leaders and no one thinks they're that great, usually it's male leaders people praise. Just because they're "toxically masculine" doesn't mean it outweighs their superior competence and intelligence. There are many bad traits we can generalize about foids as well, like caring more about their phones than their jobs and getting pregnant then leaving the job early.
He could have made the talk about trying to get leaders to be less overly confident, but he wanted to make it about handing out free leadership jobs to foids and low t cucks like himself, even though they can't lead a thirsty dog to a bowl of water.
