I don't really feel my Body and I think I am actually in a lot of pain and don't know it.

Buying it on the gray/black market or having enough money to visit a doctor who will give you a T prescription, do a shitload of health checks on you and keep monitoring your T blood levels every month or so. Oh, and remember, taking T is for the rest of your live, so you need to have some mf money to spend, because once you stop taking it, your testicles won't start producing it again.
