This really shouldn't stop you from watching it. She made all the guys turbomanlets which is based imo. I'd recommend watching it although it does has kind of a slow start, the animation and fight scenes are literally unparalleled with any other anime out right now.

You have somewhat of a point because Masashi Kishimoto made Naruto 4'9 at the start of the series but then he somehow grew to 5'11 at the end. But I highly doubt this will happen with Demon Slayer tbh.
