Hungary and Russia are getting along well for a long time and as you know there is an ongoing war between Ukraine and Russian backed rebels in Donbass. And Transcarpathia is a part of Ukraine, it was under Hungarian rule for a long time so it is considered as a part of Hungary by Hungarian nationalists and with the Hungarian government getting along with Russia, I say there will be a war in Transcarpathia in the following years. The tension between Hungary and Ukraine is pretty high and Hungarians keep saying this land belongs to them.

While Ukraine is at the war with rebels in East, Hungary wants to take a bite from Ukraine and we will see it happening in the following years. Probably not a total war between two countries but we will see Russian- backed Hungarian rebels fighting against Ukraine in Transcarpathia. And take my words, I bet it will happen like 90% possibility.

We may see a new state named "Transcarpathia people's republic" like Donetsk People's republic as a proto-state. But what I'm sure about is that a hard time awaits Ukrainians
