my point of view around this is the same about psychopathy, it never succeeds to acquit the accused person of his actions and drop his responsibility completely because by any psychological aspect it doesn't conform with insanity like more severe cases including dissociative identity disorder or advanced schizophrenia. one is clearly worse than the other, in which the defendant wasn't in his conscious or out of conscious to commit the act, unlike the first case, in which the defendant has both conscious and awareness or even worse in case of psychopathy, actually liked the crime or the offense he was committing.
