The Symbiotic Uplifting Plan (S.U.P) will outline a course of action available to many
who, are seeking the aforementioned qualities and a life partner. SUP does involve
international travel and several thousand dollars to be viable.
The moral/ethical implications of effectively using ones "1st world status" as an incentive for,
a displaced persons opportunity to live a better life, will be an important consideration.
Logial questions of manipulation, exploitation and "neurotic ownership" do come into play,
therefore all aspects must be scrutinized. Malice is never intended. Only love,
compassion, and opportunity are the intended goals, as anything less
could be considered as exploitative.

SUP is designed to plan & effect tangible and meaningful relationships with people who are
disadvantaged or displaced with, people who are uninterested in Western partners and the
inherent cultural and social dilemmas attached to their social expectations. Also, match seekers
may simply be only interested in finding a partner from a certain region or, a person
to uplift who would otherwise be existentially endangered.
An estimated 66million refugees are living in the most terrible humanitarian crises imaginable, right now.
Many are displaced due to conflict, having lost scores of friends and entire families to nonsensical violence.
These people have virtually zero opportunities for living a sustainable life.
An important consideration is the following: How would you feel to be approached with such an opportunity?
To be whisked away, leave your peers, country and everything that is so far is known, only to arrive in a place
-although very different, potentially better than any possibility had in your previous position.
Obviously, caveats of courtship and time would resolve the best relationships although
it doesn't take long to realize love, or at least a mutual empathetic connection!
For example; 1% of the world's population is genetically predisposed to having an IQ of >135.
Therefore, a conservative 500,000 literal geniuses are waiting to flourish, in squalid conditions.
The logic is intuitive to consider that a symbiotic relationship could be formed around the very act of
attempting to uplift one of these individuals, under the premise of being life partners together.
The romance of such a relationship may never be lost if it is perceived by both in the right light!
Love is a universal language not bound by regional linguistics. Because it is mutual, love finds you.

interviewee from regret, pending courtship does not ensue. Furthermore, the legalities of expatriation,
immigration and having a spouse apply for refugee status remain open for discussion.
Providing the best possible opportunity, with an opportunity to leave/revert must be given to any potential people -
ie: return airfare, travel expenses and start-up money, if the relationship ends at any time. Also, the promise of providing
communications with family (including paying for receiving end communications costs) must be made. The disconnection
of a person from their society and culture can be a very stressful and traumatic ordeal. Providing the best possible
environment and the possibility of communicating with peers or even persons of the same
nationality/language in your sponsoring country is an absolute necessity.

For safety concerns, all operations will be staged and held in Chittagong City, Bangladesh.
The method is simple. The first step is to arrive in Chittagong City and find a hostel or apartment for at
least one month. From here you will not need much money, 30$/day would be more than sufficient.
You would learn basic Bangladeshi and familiarise yourself with the surroundings and native people.
Tour guides are a popular job in such areas of the world where impoverished people who are
otherwise healthy and happy will, offer their time and local knowledge in exchange for money.
Many have English language skills, taught in local schools. These people will often approach you,
asking for hire around bus and train stations. There are often many to select from. Such employment is
done on a purely independent level, involving no company or business. These tour guides
are entirely crucial to SUP as they will serve as your scouts.
Your scouts will be hired in Chittagong & paid 20$ for an initial conversation and communication of SUP.
They will be tasked with traveling -paid- to Kutupalong refugee camp for 3 days (where it would be almost certain
death for a foreigner to visit for any extended period of time), where their second objective of;
finding potential mates, would ensue. Their return would be rewarded with further payment.
A bonus for matches ~20$ each and a bonus ~500-1000$ for a
successfully landed refugee partner would be offered.
A list of traits and qualities would be provided to the scouts, where they would compile a list of potential matches.
Either they would return with a list and pictures for review - or by providing them through email. Or they would return
with select interviewees for face to face meeting. Any and all persons involved must be paid respectfully including any
time spent with potential matches - ie: 20$/interview = all expenses paid.
Applicants would be told that someone would like to meet them.
That the person is on a quest for love and marriage, outside of where they currently live.
