Never buy current remakes. They are always a down grade. The last good remake was Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver.
Because that game was developed by the original devs to a degree. Modern remakes are developed by completely different people. The last good remake I played was OOT3D and even it had issues such as botched lighting.

3ds was superior in terms of build quality. Switch isn't even the worst hardware ever. It's just that Nintendo is too lazy to optimize games.
So that's why Switch 2 will get ssd so they could hide their incompetence with their demakes.

Actual gpu should be better than Steam Deck (around Mobile RTX 2050), but it will still be weaker than xbox series s, cpu will be total trash that's for sure. It will have dlss so it will be rendering games at much lower resolution and reconstruct it with AI all to achieve better framerate and lower wattage. So not bad of hardware if you ask me biggest problem are loading speed and thermals if they won't be able to hold 1700mhz core clock and will have to go lower then performance will tank and we don't know how bad will be their cpu it may be the weakest link and ruin performance completely.

LOL WTF??!! Why does the original load almost 4 times faster than the remake, even though it isn't demanding on graphics? My only hope for the Switch 2 would had been a port of Doom The Dark Ages that worked like black magic. This is total shit.
The first two doom ports sucked on switch. Switch has bad hardware. It's that simple. There's ports of other Wii games like Klonoa that struggle to run as well. Wii U had better hardware that was built off the same core as GameCube/Wii which is why games ran better. Switch is some shit 2015 hardware that Nintendo didn't even design.
In the past Nintendo cared about quality when doing so. Look at OOT 3D, F Zero GX, Star Fox Assault, etc, etc... now they don't care because they know the goys will always pay
