If a woman has children at 18, 19, 20 she can still have a career or do anything she wants later in life, she will still be relatively young (in terms of overall age, not SMV), when her children start to be somewhat independent. If you wait till 30 you barely had time to accomplish anything, are then out of commission for a couple of years (or worse let your children be raised by strangers and fuck them up for life) and then your body is also fucked because you're old and can't recover from pregnancy as well.
