Here's an interesting excerpt regarding Fredo, the middle son:

The second son, Frederico, called Fred or Fredo, was a child every Italian prayed to the saints for. Dutiful, loyal, always at the service of his father, living with his parents at age thirty. He was short and burly, not handsome but with the same Cupid head of the family, the curly helmet of hair over the round face and sensual bow-shaped lips. Only, in Fred, these lips were not sensual but granitelike. Inclined to dourness, he was still a crutch to his father, never disputed him, never embarrassed him by scandalous behavior with women. Despite all these virtues he did not have that personal magnetism, that animal force, so necessary for a leader of men, and he too was not expected to inherit the family business.

Basically, the inceltier son of a mafia boss. For those of you that saw the movie and/or read the books, Fredo does get girlfriends and even marries, but this is due to moneymaxxing from being part of a wealthy mob family - his wife doesn't respect him AT ALL, and unfortunately, that's what incel guys can expect if they ascend - a goldigger, a bitch that yells at you in public, or a cheating whore. Had his father never bcome a mob boss, Fredo would've just LDAR'd

Regarding the 'personal magnetism/animal force', that's only possible from good looks and naturally high T - other men respect you, women lust after you, there's no "Game" that changes that

SPOILERS if you have not seen the movie(s)- Fredo's arc becomes even more tragic in the 2nd movie: he knows he's disrespected, and gets duped into betraying his brother Michael with the promise of a reward that he hopes will earn him more money and status, and therefore respect. His brother, Michael, finds out about his betrayal and has him killed.
